A Omnisys, a subsidiary of Thales in Brazil, is a forward-thinking company that has kept its evolving nature since its inception. A group of Brazilian engineers incorporated Omnisys in 1997 to become a national reference of high-end technology in the systems development industry.
Evolving for us has always meant and continues to mean putting all bets on Brazilian capacity to generate solutions and products that exceed expectations and are known worldwide.
Evolving means building, year after year, the trust of national and international clients in the Defence and Security, Airspace Surveillance and Control, Tracking Systems, Space, In-flight Entertainment, and Avionics markets, besides expanding our industrial capabilities.

Omnisys now has a new face and keeps the spirit of development and the continuous need for repositioning alive to restate our commitments:
- Continuously invest in expanding our industrial infrastructure to generate local wealth;
- Be consistent with the Thales' trust, which integrated Omnisys into the Group's international network of Centres of Excellence to produce surveillance and airspace control radars and sonar systems;
- Serve the markets in which we operate with excellence and in an innovative way to exceed the expectations of domestic and international clients;
- Produce and export the Brazilian state-of-the-art technology developed with local labour and professional training actions.

Created 25 years ago, the name Omnisys combines the words "Omni," which means "all things," and "Sys," which means systems.

The new brand maintains the core meaning of the name Omnisys ("development of all systems"). The letters are now written in digital fonts and have a higher visual impact. We added one of the colours reflecting the Thales group identity to the dot of the letter 'i'.
The addition of an ellipse to the logo – a geometric figure in which all points in a plane are set so that the sum of their distances from two fixed points in the plane stays constant – renews our commitment to development, growth, and innovation. Based on a solid starting point, we combine efforts that create value for all our stakeholders.
